You understand that there may be more hurdles ahead, but value a relationship (friend, family member, colleague or lover) enough to stand up to whatever stress or difficulty is tossed your way. You're very efficient and organized, and might be asked to head a committee or accept a new assignment.

On the 7th (circle that day on your calendar), Mercury goes retro. This will feel longer than usual, and bollix some of your long-range plans, mostly because of Mercury's extended 'storm' period. Although Mercury officially goes direct on the 30th of May, it remains in a state of stormy petrol until June 9th, creating delays, complications and the likelihood that your best laid plans may require revisions for the umpteenth time. Avoid making commitments during this retro phase. What seems important to you at the time will probably change – perhaps dramatically.

A Full Moon in Scorpio occurs on the May 9th, suggesting that a creative or romantic connection comes full circle. There's a sense of relief and completion. The 16th pushes Saturn direct – at long last. This is very good for planning or revising a business strategy, and even adjusting vacation plans. On the 17th and 18th, you have trouble making decisions (welcome to the world of Mercury Retro) and are advised to postpone long-term choices until June 9. (And it's not just you: Some of the advice you get from esteemed experts may not feel right to you. Trust your feelings more than alleged facts during this retro/storm period. Your feelings are based on a primal instinct to protect yourself. The facts are less accurate and more subject to change.) On the 20th, the transiting Sun scoots into your 12th house, elevating your sixth sense. Even when you try to shut out psychic information, it still storms in like an uninvited guest.

Between the 21st and 27th, you get a breather – one well deserved. You don't feel as hassled or worried. You let down your guard and feel exquisite relief and moments of joy, gratitude and peace. It helps to be in a familiar, easygoing environment, minus the usual tension and neurotic nonsense.

On the 29th, Neptune goes retro until November 4th. This urges you to be careful with alleged 'can't lose' investments or multi-level marketing concepts. Don't sign up or get involved until after November 4th. If the 'can't lose' investment still exists, you can take another look. By that time, you'll have a much clearer view of whether or not this concept is worth pursuing.

On the last day of the month, May 31st, Mars moves into your goals and affiliations sector. You may decide between May 31st and mid October to join new clubs or professional groups that promise to help you reach ambitious goals. Your affiliation with any group during this phase will demand more from you, but could absolutely benefit your bottom line and career.
