You will need to focus on your health and fitness this April. You won't exactly be on track with your health at the beginning of the month, but after some planning to incorporate a regular fitness activity into your daily schedule, you will be feeling brilliant by the end of the month. You may need to let go of someone who is holding you down. It's hard to do, but as soon as you let go, your spirits will soar and it will be like a lead weight has just been lifted off your shoulders.
