Now is the time to start that new regime for fitness and your health and even your study habits. What you do this month or even in the first week of the month, will set the routine nicely for you for the rest of the year. Have your goal in mind and work out a plan of attack so that you will have the time and the resources to reach your goal easily. Later in the month you will be kept busy by your friends and family which will be the ultimate test to see if your new habits are strong enough to withstand a bit of peer pressure from them to abandon your habits. Romance is swelling and a very romantic night out is highly likely this month.
