The need to go 'off the grid' will become stronger for you this month. You are either tired of the same old routine or tired of seeing the same people and having the same conversations. It happens to all of us at some point and there's nothing wrong with telling people that you just need a little space. If you're pushing a loved one away, they will probably be hurt by your actions but will understand and accept when you are ready to explain.
