You will probably become a bit stressed this month and may have a growing feeling in the pit of your stomach that tells you that you may have taken on one too many projects or tasks or you may have made a wrong choice somewhere along the way. If you are feeling this, there's time to correct it before you descend into hysterics! The best thing you can do, is to first admit to yourself what your limits are. Remember that you are only human and we all benefit a from a tiny bit of down time where we can relax our minds and recharge our batteries. Take one step backwards this month and you will be leaping forward with full strength very soon.
