Sagittarius Monthly Horoscope May 2009 | Astrology Zodiac Sign: Sagittarius
(Nov 21 - Dec 21)
During the first three days of May, you decide to ease up on spending and become a dedicated bargain hunter and barterer. You find amazing deals and great quality, instead of obediently paying full price. Some heartening news arrives on the 5th that benefits your career and reputation and also helps your self-esteem.
On the 7th, Mercury goes retro until May 30th, and then continues tossing sand in your eyes (its 'storm' period) until June 9th. During this protracted phase, avoid signing documents, particularly for service contracts, real estate or appliances. Keep working on the details of an agreement, and plan on signing it on or after June 9th. You need this time to get a ton of points organized and understood.
On the 16th, Saturn goes direct in your career and reputation sector, clearing up confusion and setting the stage for a green light on a new project. This looks very good. Check your work and organize your thoughts before saying or writing anything on the 17th and 18th. What seems sensible to you at the time could be littered with errors. Slow down and get things right. Also during this time, you may have difficulty taking direction, orders, etc.
The 20th moves the transiting Sun into your partnership/relationship sector for a month, giving expanding new alliances the all clear. You and your new partners and friends forge a strong bond and appear to be united in purpose.
Between the 21st and 27th, you finally feel caught up on obligations and are ready to move forward with a new venture. The urge to move forward will accelerate during the next two weeks. Keep in mind that no matter how ready you feel, you still need to wait to sign important documents until June 9th.
May 29th flips Neptune into retro mode until November 4. This will actually enhance your creativity, appreciation of art and music and spiritual connection, so this is something to be enjoyed, not dreaded.
On May 31st, Mars moves into Taurus, making you work even harder than you normally do – and you do so with passion. If you have a physical problem involving chronic inflammation, you may decide to accept more aggressive treatment between now and mid-summer.
